Firstly, the mouthpiece is hard and uncomfortable. The microwaving and molding of it did nothing to improve the comfort. Secondly, once in the mouth, it causes excessive saliva production which was gross, and it prevents you from being able to speak even a few words without drooling.
US Airways - Bad Customer Service I had to cancel a scheduled flight on USAirways due to my mother's death. I had one year to re-use the travel voucher. To book this flight I had to speak to an agent. I could not book online or though an automated system. When I tried to book the flight, they were having weather issues. I could not get through.

They have pretty much charged almost £2k for flights that cost £166 simply by using the Voucher service!!! I had to re-book my travel plans from last year due to the pandemic and was only offered vouchers to re-use when re-booking my flights.

2 horrible experiences recently. 1st and the one to watch out for as they price gouging existing customers, is that I had to change my flights. This came with a $55 charge per leg plus fare difference. Not ideal but part of their terms. Anyway my existing return flight from Cairns to Sydney cost 235.
